I can't believe no-one ever mentioned it to him before, but here's a quote out of this morning's Metro's 60 Second Interview with William Shatner;

Interviewer: Are you aware that a group of female fans write gay porn fiction about Kirk and Spock on the net?

William Shatner: [Baffled] The women write the stories? Really? I wan't aware anything like that was happening. It's very exciting to hear that.
