For those who wanted to remember what Jesse Blue and Saber Rider look like after reading my ficlet Dust:



Saber Rider, the pride of Cavalry Command (and he looks good in a skirt kilt too!)


Jesse Blue, who I reckon is a prototype for Aya of Weiß Kreuz, except that he has a sense of humour (albeit a pretty warped one).


Jesse "Say 'goodnight', Tinstar."


Saber "That wasn't what you were saying last night."

I so agree with the comment of "could they look any gayer??"

And yes the possibility of Jesse being a prototype of Aya is definately high. Its the ear tails and all.

I think i kinda remember this anime from years ago. Maybe the mid to late 80's? I was still a kid, but i've got vague visions of recoginition.

Yep, 85ish to late 80s. It was the first Japanese anime I seriously watched (the other mecha ones were rather tedious), though I'd always loved cartoons.
