Another season to chuck
May. 19th, 2009 05:36 pmOK, that's a bad heading, but very good news. NBC has renewed Chuck for a third season. Yay!
Slightly less rosy news is that it's only for 13 episodes and with a lower production budget. Last couple of seasons they ran into some scheduling problems which affected Chuck's ratings, but the previous writing, acting and production has been so stellar that hopefully season 3 will prove the show's value to the network. And kudos to all those show employees and fans who helped NBC make the renewal decision.
Season 3 is tentatively scheduled to begin in March 2010. A long wait, but it should be worth it.
