Is the full name of Rodney McKay's sister 'Jeanette'? (I can only remember him refering to her as 'Jeannie')

If so, that was also the name of the sister of Glenn Seaborg, the only person other than Albert Einstein to have an element named after them whilst they were still living (Seaborgium, Sg, Element #106 on the Periodic Table). OK, it's a stretch, but the naming thing was a big controversy up until when it was settled in 1997, so it wouldn't surprise me if that's where the writers got it from...
