Original Fiction extract: Seyzaray

Cleaning out my files I came across this piece that I wrote about 9 or so years ago, long before I discovered fanfiction (eep - where does the time go?). Anyway, it's interesting to see how my fiction-writing style has changed, and hopefully, improved (drama queens and effusive descriptions rule in this extract I'm afraid).

So, for your dubious pleasure, here's a 5,000 word extract of an original fantasy book that will never get finished (let alone edited and betaed):
